As of July 2012, Google Notebook has shut down and all Notebook data should now be in Google Docs. As previously announced, in most cases we were able to automatically export the Notebook data, so please visit Google Docs. Also please update any bookmarks or links to Notebook so that they point to Docs instead.
Here are answers to some questions about this transition. We may add or update questions over time.
Where is my auto-exported notebooks data?
For auto-exported documents, you should see a new document in Google Docs for each notebook you had in Google Notebook. The titles of these documents will be “Imported from Google Notebook - ” followed by the original name of the notebook. These documents will contain the data from the original notebook including labels, comments, and urls. You can edit, share, or delete these new documents just like normal docs.
If you are having trouble finding the new docs, search for “Imported from Google Notebook” in the doc list.
What happened to public notebooks?
All public notebooks were unshared.
What happened to bookmarks stored in bookmarks.google.com?
Bookmarks data is not affected; you will still be able to access your bookmarks at bookmarks.google.com. However notebook.google.com/bookmarks will no longer be available.
I’ve never used Google Docs. How can I learn to use it?
The Google Docs team has put together a getting started page here.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my data?
First make certain that your notebook data hasn’t been exported, by searching in Google Docs for “Imported from Google Notebook”.
If you’ve confirmed that there really is a problem with the export (duplication of data or missing notebook data) you can start a thread in the Google Docs discussion forum and we will investigate the issue.
Why did you make this transition?
We loved working on Notebook, but sometimes we have to make the hard decision to focus more of our efforts on products and technologies that will yield the most benefit to users in the long run. With all the great innovations and improvements to Google Docs in the last few years, we think it’s a great replacement for Notebook.
Hello Officer! And welcome to Special Weapons and Tactic’s training session!
Here, at SWAT, we focus on giving you the best and friendliest agency experience on Habbo.
My name is [blank]and I will be your trainer for today!
Before we begin, is there anything you would like to ask?
[wait for response]
Splendid! Now, let’s begin.
Please remember to focus as there will be a series of questions I will ask at the end.
We will first talk about your roles as officers at SWAT.
Your role as a SWAT Officer is to welcome all guests who come in the base and recruit new members.
When a person comes in base, feel free to send out welcoming messages to them such as:
“Hello [username]! Welcome to SWAT” and “Please approach the front desks if you need help!”
If a new member without an agency badges or motto walks in, ask them if they want to join SWAT.
If they want to join us, help recruit them by following the steps below:
1. Ask them to change their motto (bio) to [SWAT] Recruit.
2. Ask them to wear the uniform located in the lobby by double clicking the designated mannequins.
3. Ask them to join and wear the SWAT badge by clicking on the S¥T flag and favoriting it (|) on their profile.
4. Finally, ask them to leave other agencies badges if they have any.
You are able to see a user’s group badges by accessing their profile.
To access their profile, click on the user and a black box will appear with choices.
Click on the user’s username and their profile will appear. Scroll down to view their badges.
When they are done, please tell them to walk over to the security station next to the front desks.
Do you have any questions about your job at SWAT?
[wait for response]
Great! Now, we will go over the commands you are required to remember.
FTF – Fill the Front.
When asked, you are required to fill the front desks and proceed with your task.
FTB – Fill the Back
Fill the back seats, cafeteria, or pillows if you need to go AFK (away from keyboard).
BTB – Back to Base
When asked, please return back to the HQ to help out as needed.
ATT – Attention
This command is called by Higher Ranks to give out promotions or point out an issue.
When asked to ATT, please stand up, wave, and say “Yes Ma’am/Sir.”
You can type in the chat “o/” as a shortcut to wave faster.
AE – At Ease
You may continue doing what you were doing before.
Do you have any questions on the commands before I continue?
[Wait for response]
Awesome! Before we continue with the rules, I would like to practice the Attention and AE commands.
Are you ready?
[Wait for response]
Attention [username]!
AE!
[If the recruit performs it incorrectly, please correct them and move on to the rules]
Perfect! Let’s proceed to the rules.
Here are the most important SWAT rules you must follow at all times; please try to remember them!
1. Promotions, pay, and badge admins are earned, so do not ask for them!
Once you have finished your pay requirement, go to the help desk for your pay badge.
We will talk about your pay requirements in a bit!
2. Do not use coloured chats as they are reserved for in-Command members and trainers.
3. Do not use effects, dance, or sit on the floors as this will disrupt the flow of the HQ.
The only members allowed to use effects, dance, or sit on floors are donors.
Special Visitors (guests with the SV badge) are also allowed to sit on floors.
4. Always wear your correct uniform, badge, and motto.
Once you become a Detective, you can wear non-uniform clothing.
5. Do not spam! Spamming is when you intentionally attempt to flood the room.
6. Do not double job. This is when you work at multiple agencies or militaries at the same time.
