At the bottom of the screenshot is Bartender4, a full ActionBar replacement mod. It provides you with all the features needed to fully customize most aspects of your action and related bars. To the left of the faint map in the top right coner of the screenshot is PallyPower. This add-on provides an interactive and easy to use interface for Paladins that allows you set your own blessings (Righteous Fury, Aura, Seal and Blessing) and automatically check for missing buffs on the entire raid or party.

To the left of PallyPower in the top right coner of the screenshot is Recount. Recount is a graphical damage meter which track damage done by the raid or party and can announce those figures to various channels.

In the bottom right coner of the screenshot above the action bars is the GearScore tooltip. Gear score is a numerical value based on the statistics of a player's gear. It is (supposedly) the maximum potential of a player's performance. However, it is up to the player to perform that well.
